Engraved "III Bundes Sanger Fest unterter neckaroau Sanger Bund Gagltteed 1911". Collar 3 in. decorative scrolls and lattice. Two bands to attach red & black cords & tassels. Silver plaque "fon den ehren gelten" translate from the Nat'l Committee. |
