An Impressive Komai Style Cabinet

Meiji Period (late 19th century). Decorated in gilt nunomezogan and hirazogan, the doors depicting the scene of Tago-no-Ura, the top with The Chion-in Temple and its grounds, the sides and the back with various shaped panels containing a landscape, the door catch shaped as butterflies.
