Circa 1958. Comprised of one-hundred-four (104) graduated circular brilliant and old European cut diamonds, surface-prong-set in pairs within rectangular channels, in a single row, terminating in a hidden pressure clasp with fold-over safety catch. The diamonds are VS2-SI2 in clarity, G-H in color, measure from 2.60 to 3.50 mm in diameter, weigh from .06 to .16 carats each, and have an approximate total weight of 11.32 carats. The necklace is stamped 'VAN CLEEF & ARPELS 32512 1' on one side and 'NY 32512 VCA' on the clasp. Weight: 34.79 grams.
