Three Japanese Tanto / Daggers

Japanese tanto (short swords/daggers), 19th century. A tanto with black-lacquered ribbed wood hilt and silver-mounted shibuichi-style fuchi-kashira, a tanto with rayskin (samegawa) handle wrap and pierced metal mounts, and a tanto with a plain wood-mounted handle and shirasaya-style scabbard with calligraphic inscription.
