Oval silver-gilt chatelaine box, the hinged lid set with a central foil-backed citrine or citrine-colored cabochon within concentric borders of ruby and sapphire paste and seed pearls in pierced open-back settings. Scrolled foliate bail with emerald paste quatrefoil, suspended from a trace-link chain with interior safety chain. Unmarked. Hinge in working order. Weight: 77.8 grams.
