Centered old European cut diamond measuring approximately 5.2 mm, weighing approximately 0.57 ct, surrounded by six old European cut diamonds each measuring approximately 4.6 mm, weighing approximately 2.35 cts. Total diamond weight approximately 2.90 cts. With pendant loop. Weight: 7.4 grams.
